Kids Garden Club
Attendees should dress for a mess and meet by the garden in the Upper Plaza (or in the Youth Services Area in bad weather). Kids over 7 may attend without a caregiver, and younger siblings are welcome under the direct supervision of a caregiver.

Maker Mondays
Children on grades K – 6 can participate in new maker program each week. Some of the programs will be messy, so wear appropriate clothes. The projects change week to week; stay tuned for details about future projects. No registration required. All materials provided while supplies last. Please note that kids age 7 and under must be accompanied by a caregiver.

Spirit Valley Days 2026 Parade
The annual Spirit Valley Days parade marches along Grand Avenue between 59th Avenue West and Central Avenue.

Spirit Valley Days 2026 Car, Bike and Big Rig Show
More than 100 cars, bikes and big rigs line Grand Avenue from Bristol Street to Central Avenue during this annual event. There is also live music by the Randy Lee Ensemble.
Spirit Valley Days celebrate the neighborhood of West Duluth with a variety of events running Aug. 6-9.
The section of Grand Avenue closes to traffic at 3 p.m. and cars participating can enter from 56th Avenue West when the road is cleared, around 3:30. The car show formally starts at 4. Participants can exit at Central Avenue after the show concludes at 7 p.m.
Pedal bikes, strollers and similar contraptions should be kept a safe distance from the cars.

More than 50 vendor booths line Grand Avenue between Bristol Street and Central Avenue during the annual Craft, Vendor and Food Truck Fair.

Superior Porchfest 2026: Girl Scout Point
Superior Porchfest is an every-other-Thursday outdoor music series. Attendees can bring a blanket or lawn chair, pack a picnic and/or simply stop by to enjoy the show.

Week six of Superior Porchfest takes place in Hayes Court. Superior Cubans food truck will be parked in the neighborhood as well.
