Dolly Parton’s 65th Birthday Party at World of Wheels

Next Wednesday, Jan. 19 is Dolly’s birthday deliciousness. We’ll be roller skating at World of Wheels on the actual holy day. Yip!Yip!

Adult skate from 7:30 until 10pm. $6 admission plus skate rental.
They’ll be playing her music just for us.

Come wearing the Dolly that speaks to you — whether it’s flamboyant shimmer shammer or shreads of fabric all stitched up and sung about.

Spread the world — the more the merrier.

This event is a fundraiser for Duluth’s HOTDISH Militia. The HOTDISH (Hand Over the Decision It Should be Hers) Militia exists to insure reproductive justice for all women of the Northland. To accomplish this goal, the Militia provides community education, monetary support and legislative lobbying as needed

‘The Education of Shelby Knox’ is a documentary about the 15-year-old girl’s transformation from conservative Southern Baptist to liberal Christian and ardent feminist that parallels her fight for sex education and gay rights in Lubbock.
