Those are some fine shots of a North Central Airlines CV-580 in front of the old-old (two generations ago) terminal building. I’m pretty sure about the aircraft.
I’m not sure about dignitaries; looks like a man in a military uniform in the foreground and a nun in habit emerging from the cabin.
It’s the Flying Nun!
