I saw one of those at the Minuteman Missle Control Base near Minot ND, but not in Duluth.
Not Perkins. Not Missile Command. It is a local restaurant. Not a chain.

Wow, most of my WIDs are guessed within the first hour (typically by Lithis). This one has gone 3 days! I’m feeling good about this one.
The short lived mini-Walgreens on Kenwood had this set up.
Technically speaking, if you are standing in front of the button, are you not “behind the counter” (albeit from a different perspective)?
Is it a pharmacy? Those look like pill bottles to me.
I know I’ve seen this before, but I can’t place it. I’m going to take a wild guess and say Huie’s Chopsticks Inn.
Clay Helberg guessed it over on our Facebook page. It is, indeed, the counter of At Sara’s Table Chester Creek Cafe at Taran’s Marketplace.
Of course this was difficult because the answer was a single location with three different names. I’d almost call shenanigans on this one…
If it has three different names that triples the chances of a correct answer! I almost call shenanigans on your potential shenanigans… calling… type thing.
I guess I felt I had an unfair advantage….
