Typewritter Repair?
Our 8 year old has a manual typewriter. The budding writer needs her typewriter oiled. Although her parents did type in college it was on two Macintosh computers and they have no idea how to do it. Any local shops/repair services you recommend?

No the typewriter is circa 1955. The typist is 8.
My 7-year-old bought a typewriter for $1 at a rummage sale this summer. It’s funny that in a home with two computers, Gameboys, a Wii, DVD, etc., she thinks the typewriter is the coolest thing.
I wonder if a sewing machine repair place could oil it for you. It probably just needs to be cleaned.
