Morning Lake Fog
Did anyone get any good pictures of the fog on Lake Superior this morning? I was up at about 6:30 and I have never seen a more stunning and beautiful example of it. Oh my! As I type there is a fishing boat going out! Wonderful!

Roger Reinert posted this pic on his Facebook page. Wow, it did look glorious. Once, my family stayed overnight at a Canal Park hotel, the sunrise over the lake was incredible standing on the Lakewalk at 5 a.m. Wish I’d been down there this morning.
The early morning of Jan. 22 was pretty spectacular. The Missus’ dad and I were on the way to Ely to snowshoe in the Boundary Waters (day trip, Hegman Lake) when we got a nice glimpse of it too.
Was really awesome at -19.
Beautiful! It does get like that a couple times a year or so. I love it.
