    Because the busses have apparently been replaced with Honda Civics? Because those rain drops were frighteningly large? You’ve got me, considering all the other area schools didn’t cancel. I had around 5-6 inches of snow at my house and I still made it to work just fine, in my itty bitty car that’s not very good in the snow. Makes you wonder what they’re going to do when the REAL snow starts falling…

    I think it’s particularly odd that school was called off on Wednesday because there were NO school cancellations or delays for the entire 2009-10 school year.

    Well, they could have simply been trying to damage material for fun, to make a point, or to distract everyone from something else. Take your pick.

    Info released today by the Duluth Police Department:

    An eighteen-year-old Duluth man has been arrested and charged in last week’s break in and vandalism at East High School. The male is being held at the St. Louis County Jail and has been charged with second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal damage to property.
