I don’t know, but it reminds me of the house in Superior that has Jesus in the window. It’s far back from the street, kinda shady and unkempt, and if you look longer than a glance you can see “Him” staring out at you. Creepy.
This post might be setting a “Where in Duluth?” record. At the two-hour mark, no one has so much as attempted a guess.
Maybe after lunch I’ll provide a clue, but I don’t think this one is any more difficult than the previous ones (granted, there have only been five before this one).
BryGuy’s got it! It’s the old Duluth Lumber & Plywood Co. building at 5713 Roosevelt St. in West Duluth. MareBee, you’re right, too. It’s Scanlon’s Auto Glass.
Reminds me of the old windows on the upper level of the Red Lion. Spent days looking out at them in my street vending days. Bet you did, too Paul, when you were down there.

Is it in West Duluth at the scary old lumberyard under I35 behind the K-mart next to the fire station at Roosevelt and 58th?
Its the weird landscaping place (Scanlons?) wedged between the firehall-legion-dry cleaners-Kmart in West Duluth.

So, umm, what do I win? 😉

Damn. I should have recognized that lattice-work covered building.
BryGuy, you win bragging rights. And what’s more valuable than that?
Well, I can think of a couple of things, but seeing as I’ve only lived here just over a year I’ll take the braggin’ rights!
I was going to say it was the ghost from Two Men and a Baby.
