Ian Alexy – “There is a Light”
Ian Alexy has a new two-track digital release featuring the songs “There is a Light” and “Shivers Up the Spine ’24.”
“These two songs have been with me for two years and are a portal into my conscience at the time,” Alexy wrote in the YouTube description for the “There is a Light” video. “I don’t know if they will fit into the context of my next album, but I didn’t want them to go unreleased because they are very special to me. So, here they are acoustic and unfettered.”
The “There is a Light” video was directed and shot by Sarah Jane Hale with additional footage by Michelle Purvis. Ian’s brother, Teague Alexy, plays harmonica on the song.
