Shippee – “To You: (Merry Christmas)”

Duluth’s Blake Shippee has a new Christmas song. The video is directed by Lance Lindahl.

“There is a major disconnect in this world as it pertains to politics, religion, and emerging technologies,” Shippee writes in the YouTube notes on the video. “The emotion that it evokes in us all is maddening. But the holidays have always had a way of reminding us of what’s most important in this world. People tend to be more caring and giving around this time of year. And when I wrote this song I wanted to speak to that sentiment. We’ve all experienced pain in our lives, but through it all there’s still a little peace, common ground, and love. Merry Christmas.”
