Selective Focus: Photos on Film

Photography exhibit in the windows of 313 West Superior St.

There’s a temporary photo show hanging in the windows of the old Bagley Building downtown, 313 West Superior St. The photos are all shot on film – a variety of formats from an equal variety of cameras.

The group of photographers are members of a Facebook group, Duluth and Northern Minnesota Analog Photographers. The group has organized other exhibits and meetups, and members exchange tips and tricks, offer advice and troubleshooting related to photographic processes, and exchange equipment and film.

Window space was donated by Northland Special Events, the current owner of the building, and Downtown Duluth made the connections between the artists and business to make the exhibit possible.

Photographers are:
Brian Barber
Asher James Carlson
Laila Davis
Kevin McDonald
K. Praslowicz
H. Brian Rauvola

The exhibit will be on view until the last week of June, 2023.
