I enjoyed how the video contains 28 seconds of summer and one second of winter. It's as though the producers thought it was important to acknowledge that there are some seasonal differences but thought it might be a more effective sell if they adjusted the ratios a bit.

Also, the opening image seems to be of ships waiting to enter the harbor during the 1979 grain miller's strike, as discussed in a recent post. The intent here was likely to show Duluth as an active port city although it is possible that they just wanted to give an honest depiction of Duluth as a place with a contentious relationship between labor and industry.
