A sweet and savory waffle bar opens in Superior next week. Superior Waffles, located in the New York Building at 1412 Tower Ave., is holding a soft opening on Sunday and a grand opening on Tuesday.

Some of the waffles previewed on the restaurant’s Facebook page include “The Sconie,” a savory waffle with raspberry jam topped with ham and cheese, and two cheesecake waffle options, strawberry and blueberry.

The proprietors are Cal and Natalie Harris. Regular business hours will be Tuesdays through Sundays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
