Dave nails it in one. It’s in the Village of Superior, at the intersection of East Limits Road and Hammond Avenue. Neither of those roadways are actual roads on the bridge approaches—more like swampy four-wheel-drive tracks. The bridge really seems lost out in the boonies. According to the entry on bridgehunters.com, it burned in 1976. My kids and I discovered it as we were walking up the frozen Nemadji, and it was quite an exciting find.
