Safety must've owed to the combat policeman in SWAT gear the city had by the Dewitt bldg for the Tall Ships event.  That makes everyone feel safer. Thanks Don (assuming you have control over the police) for my safety, in case I decided to skateboard. And for keeping turds out of the lake.
