This week, LakeVoice releases its fifth spring issue, featuring stories on Mentor Duluth and its search for volunteers, the Re-Leaf Duluth program and its plan to replenish the city’s landscape, the Duluth Transit Authority’s plans for a new station and the changes that are coming to next year’s Bentleyville season.

LakeVoice is an online magazine focused on providing the public with community news from throughout Duluth. The publication is advised by professor John Hatcher and is run by the Editing II course at UMD, with content coming from outside journalism courses. The LakeVoice team works together each week to publish entirely original student-produced content, with the mission of telling the untold stories of the community.
