Jim uses a Kodak Playsport video camera model Zx5 which is waterproof up to 10 feet and cost around a couple hundred bucks.

Vicarious thanks Jim for the information.

This may seem random, but does Jim have any archeological knowledge? I found a rock on the Point that is very hard and very black, and looks like it was chipped into a cutting tool. It’s the only rock of its kind I’ve ever seen on the beach.

I’ll make a PDD post tomorrow with photos.
