PAVSA’s 856 Campaign: Final Days

Raising awareness and funds to keep our community a safer place. The 856 Campaign was conceptualized based on the 856 people in Southern St. Louis County that PAVSA worked with last year. This number can mean many things to different people: 856 victims, 856 survivors, 856 people with lives forever changed.

While all of these are valid, we hope to strive to emphasize that these were 856 people who received support services from PAVSA … they are 856 people who will have the tools to restart their lives and work toward feeling whole once again.

One in four women are affected by sexual violence in their lifetime. We are asking for 856 of you to donate $20 for the survivors in your life or in honor of one of PAVSA’s.

PAVSA is thrilled with how successful the 856 Campaign has been going throughout July and we are SO CLOSE to reaching our goal of $17,000 by end of the month! Please take the time to consider donating to this campaign and help us to continue to provide FREE & CONFIDENTIAL support services to survivors of sexual assault.
