Band Practice Space in Duluth?

My band is working on finding a place to practice but so far has had no luck. We are a three piece rock band and have a great basement, but don’t want to offend our neighbors.

Does anyone know of any space available for bands to rent in the area? Any ideas?

Clubhouse Studios in Duluth may be an option.

Have you asked the neighbors if it'd be offensive? If you keep practices early and keep it turned down, very few people will complain. 

However, the Clubhouse is a great space that a few other bands practice at now.

Word has it that Bob Monahan has the hookup right now for fairly cheap.

Clubhouse Studios. Spendy, but secure and conveniently located near downtown.

There are spaces available at Clubhouse Studios right now. 24 hour facility and a garage to load in and out of. Best place around.
