Could be a trick question because of the traveling nature of the Professor’s merchandise. But even though the flames suggest some crazy zooming around town, this has been in the same place each time I saw it.

It's in the vicinity of 16th Ave E and 4th Street. I've always wondered what the merchandise was.

Hey PDD, this truck belongs to a friend of mine.

The truck was purchased from some old guy in Texas last fall. He used to sell odd trinkets, jewelery and small stuff like that. The truck is empty now and the current plan is to convert it into a mobile kitchen some day.
