This Is How Dave Found His Voice

I think you might like this documentary for a number of reasons:
1) It’s really good.
2) It’s super pretty.
3) It’s way more interesting to hear a swell guy like Dave tell you his story than it is to learn about teen depression on Wikipedia. (But if you do happen to learn a few things about depression, and you want to do something about that, please visit givevoicenow.com and donate a couple of bucks to help the Miller-Dwan Foundation build Amberwing, a mental health facility for kids, teens and young adults here in Duluth.)

We need $500,000 more to reach our fundraising goal. This important project will allow us to treat four times more children who need mental health services, in a setting that allows for healing. Take a moment to give today.

Great cause! I'd donate.

They really need to improve the video player on that page, BTW - note how it doesn't have any controls. Stop, volume, play. There's a reason for these things.

What a cool story - thanks for sharing! I'm glad that Dave got the help he needed. It's good to hear about teenage depression success stories.

I remember dealing with depression at the same age - feeling like everyone else had the same horrible thoughts I did, but that they were better at dealing with it.
