That’s great. I’m kind of surprised to hear anyone in this region knows how to make Indian tacos, since it’s not really the traditional food and I’ve never heard anyone up in MN mention one. Is this the kind with the frybread?

A Perfect Day in Duluth – the indigenous food came first! Our Scandi – Midwestern hotdishes are very much second fiddle. Fry bread is a commodities-based invention – not old time healthy indigenous recipes – but all the love and taste is there!
