hey who else is from a small midwestern town?

this reminds me of a convo i had with another duluthian who was from clearbrook, mn.  we both couldn't believe we were products of small towns.  i think it helps as an artist because you have to work/look a little harder for your influences. i got my musical info from my non-musical family which wasnt much... that is until i discovered 90.1 college raido in Thief River Falls at the ripe age of 14.  that changed everything.....
