Dear Kelly, I currently teach cooking classes at Keene's Creek Youth Organization (KCYO) at Irving Rec. I am authorized by the State of MN to cater after school snacks there as well where our focus is on healthier eating habits. I write a food blog for Duluth Superior Magazine and have been featured in their February edition. Blue Heron offers classes, but they fill up quick. Your best bet is to call them: (218) 722.8799.

The Coop is currently offering classes.

Zen House in Hermantown does Sushi classes.
