From the few clues this photo reveals, I'm going to guess and say this is a 10-year old photo from the parking lot of the Valley Center Mall in West Duluth. If I were going to write a caption I'd write: "Off to clean the stains off the floor in the upstairs brothel apartment at the Giant Panda."
