Doesn’t look very final to me.

Yeah. If they’ve already been working on the project over two years and have had to seek investors on their website, my guess is that there are some serious financial hurdles (the website says $2.9 million) yet to be overcome. I don’t understand it. If they’re bankers, why don’t they just get a loan rather than seeking SEC approval to sell common stock?

Just the fact that one’s coming is where the FINALLY comes from. Shooting in the rain sucks.

Hopefully they’ll put in a decent gun shop too.

I only found out about the project a couple days ago. As to why they’re not seeking a loan, your guess is as good as mine.

Trust me, an indoor range would be NICE.

I thought Superior Shooters Supply had a range. Maybe I’m thinking of the archery supply store.

    Zra:

I went to Shooters’ Supply once. I do not intend to go back. They weren’t very helpful, and the guy who rang me out glared at me like I’d shot his dog. I’m not the only one who’s been treated rudely there, either.

Great questions. Submit those questions to the bankers using the “Contact Us” feature on their web site.
