Yeah. If they've already been working on the project over two years and have had to seek investors on their website, my guess is that there are some serious financial hurdles (the website says $2.9 million) yet to be overcome. I don't understand it. If they're bankers, why don't they just get a loan rather than seeking SEC approval to sell common stock?

I only found out about the project a couple days ago. As to why they're not seeking a loan, your guess is as good as mine.
