Bret, have you talked to the customer service folks at the Coop?  They are usually good in special ordering things.  I suppose the problem might be that they want you to order a case at a time for a special order.

This is (non-sarcastically) the greatest reason for realities such as PDD. Bring on the good cream!

I'm copying Jesse, our Cool Buyer, on this email because he'd be the best one to answer this question. I have also heard good things about the Cedar Summit cream. In the meantime though, you can purchase the unhomogenized Cedar Summit Whole Milk and pour some cream off the top before you drink the milk.
