… that is, unless Duluth has produced any Nobel laureates (has it? Does anyone know?)
Superior native Oliver Williamson shares this year’s Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences…. stories here and here.
Doesn’t really count I suspect, but Sinclair Lewis lived here (2601 2nd Street East, Duluth) in the mid 1940s, and he won the Nobel for Lit.
Otherwise… Been reading about this prize off and on today and I didn’t realize Williamson was from Superior. So, cheers.
superiorites- holla!
