WRAC the Women's Resource and Action Center on the UMD campus is inviting Sarah Fries from PAVSA (Program to Aid Victims of Sexual Assault) to come speak about the "Culture of Rape" on campuses. Why is rape acceptable, why so often, why on college campuses in specific? These are all questions that Sarah Fries will try to discuss with us.
