Looking for a paralegal – inexpensive

We need somone to write an easment so we can run our new sewer line under our neighbors’ yard. Any recommendations?

Do you mean assessment? And have you checked with your neighbor?

You could just try calling a surveyor, in the yellow pages.  Although you are going to need someone to process the legal stuff with the County.

My neighbors and my family are in agreement  , we just need to find someone with legalese ability to write up and file the paperwork for us.  This is all coming about from the I & I project mandated by the city.

A surveyor might be able to write the easement. You can probably file it yourself. Craig LaTulip at RLK Surveyors (720-6219) is good and affordable.
