A little spring cleaning never hurt anyone, right?

I have an old sewing machine (Sixties?) that is mounted in a cabinet, works, AND I have the owners manual! The cabinet is missing a drawer but otherwise is ok. I will sell it for $40.

*Vintage Vavoom (Lifestyle book with ideas for decorating with vintage furniture and household items. Great photos! Not a sewing/quilting book!) Hardcover $12.00

Oh sorry...I'll be sure to let everyone else that posts stuff for sale on this site know. Obviously, not everyone got the memo.

Especially since there is a category called "For Sale"

Very deceptive!

Craigslist is shit! If you really want scammers and spammers filling your inbox put something on craigslist.

I think this is appropriate. If there should be moderation you should moderate. Bitching does nothing.

Also, the policies lists nothing about barring anything like this!

I don't think this listing is out of line at all. Debbie's been around PDD for years and she's no spammer. How is this any different than the recent posts about people's garage sales & stuff like that? It's not hurting anyone, relax for pete's sake.

In my opinion, Debbie is well within the boundaries of acceptability with this post. As she points out, there is a category specifically for this type of thing.

We are currently drafting a policy regarding promotional posting on PDD. If you have opinions regarding this matter, please please email one or all of the administrators ASAP.
