I love how the "sheriff" in the story says Phelps will be treated like anyone else.  Are you kidding me?  Are they gonna track down photos of every kid at the party?  What a witch hunt.  

I am not real big on any drugs, including Marijuana, but I say give the kid a break.  He busted his ass off for 15 years in a pool, bringing great honor and prestige to our country.  If he wants to kick back and relax BEHIND closed doors in the few months he has off, let it go.  Don't you think?
