This eight-week class explores practices that support "finding more balance, presence and clarity." It is intended for those who are new to yoga or students with an established practice. Each week will have a different area of focus. The cost is $104 for all eight weeks or $15 for individual sessions. The classes are on Thursday nights from Oct. 25 to Nov. 22.

Sarah Seidelmann shares different shamanic teachings during two-hour monthly drum sessions at Yoga North. This class has a pre-requisite: participants must have taken the "Find your Spirit Animal/Get Sourced" class or done one-on-one training with Seidelmann.

Each class will offer an discussion focusing on a tool for harmonizing well being in body, mind and soul and an opportunity to practice in a lighthearted atmosphere.
