The Donna Howard Community Connect

The Donna Howard Community Connect is a biannual event, held in October and January, offering an array of services: a hot meal, warrant resolution, foot care, hair trims, Minnesota birth certificates, sexually transmitted infection testing and chair massages. Each guest attending receives a bag full of resources and supplies. A variety of organizations table and offer services during the event.
