Perspectives on Duluth: Superintendent John Magas

Superintendent John Magas is informing the public about two Duluth Public Schools operating levy referendums and the proposed amendment to the Minnesota Constitution that would alter the Permanent School Fund, all of which are on the November ballot. He will explain what these measures could mean for Duluth Public Schools.
