Hadestown, previously scheduled for March 16, 2026, at the DECC Symphony Hall, had been postponed due to travel conditions and restrictions surrounding the Midwest Winter Storm. The performance has been rescheduled for Monday, October 19, 2026. All current tickets will be valid for the October performance.
Hadestown intertwines two mythic tales, that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice and that of King Hades and his wife Persephone. It invites the audience on a hell-raising journey to the underworld and back.
