Farmers Take the Stage

Farmers Take the Stage is a night of music to support the Lake Superior Sustainable Farming Association and its Farmer Resilience Fund. Farmers and SFA members with a hidden talent, recognized talent or just a love for performing are invited to sign up to perform by emailing lakesuperior @ sfa-mn.org. The association is also looking for donations of locally-grown products and sponsorships.

The event includes a raffle, games and prizes. Food featuring local ingredients and drinks are available for purchase.

Doors open at 6 p.m.; the program starts at 6:30. Admission is $15 in advance at sfa-mn.org and $20 at the door. All proceeds go to farmers via the grant program to support a more resilient local food system.

LSSFA organizes the Lake Superior Harvest Festival and farmer-to-farmer educational events and programming throughout the year.
