Duluth Preservation Alliance Historic Properties Tour 2026

The Duluth Preservation Alliance Annual Fall Tour returns offering an opportunity to explore six historic properties and experience some of Duluth’s most distinctive architecture from the inside.

This year’s tour features an mix of properties, including three East End homes, the historic Carnegie Library downtown, a classic, repurposed Victorian/Queen, the former Bell Telephone Building reimagined as a multi-unit residence and the Pilgrim Congregational Church, home to its original and priceless Tiffany windows.

The tour is self-guided, so you can explore the properties at your own pace and in any order. DPA docents are at each location to share information and answer questions.
