Duluth Planning Commission Meeting

Duluth’s Planning Commission meets in the City Council Chambers, room 330 of Duluth City Hall. Agendas and minutes can be found at duluthmn.gov.

The commission advises the city council on all planning and development matters including rezonings, issuance of special use permits and community development policies. The commission has final authority in approval of plats, serves as the responsible governmental unit and conducts environmental reviews pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116D and the applicable state regulations.
