The 18th annual Radio Waves Music Festival features 19 musical acts performing at Sweetheart's Bluff on the west end of the Grand Marais Recreation Area from Sept. 5-7. The event is held each year on the weekend after Labor Day and is organized by WTIP Community Radio.
