Operation K-9 2026
The 12th annual Operation K-9 highlights the work of K-9s from five area law-enforcement agencies. K-9 teams from the Duluth, Hermantown and Superior police departments and the St. Louis County and Douglas County sheriff’s offices join forces to demonstrate their abilities.
The event is held on the track behind Wessman Arena. Gates open at 4:30 p.m.; K-9 demonstrations are from 5 to 7:30.
There are also law-enforcement vehicles and equipment to tour, plus other family-friendly activities. Donations are encouraged. Food and beverages and K-9 souvenirs are available for purchase, with proceeds going to the K-9 Foundation. There is also be a silent auction.
