Interesting that they used the real address in the dramatization.
I love this! I’d be so happy to see a cop drama in Duluth set in the 1970s. It would be like Fargo but better. And it would actually be filmed here, so that inherently would make it better.
The most surprising thing to me about this film is that it’s not nearly as cheesy as one might expect. Sure, it’s a little cheesy … but only a little. They actually did a really a good job of making an informative educational film without many laugh-out-loud phrases or moments of painfully bad acting.
