Northern Lights Express Survey
There is a survey listed on the Minnesota Department of Transportation page for the Northern Lights Express(NLX). The Northern Lights Express is a proposed high-speed passenger rail project that would provide rail service between Minneapolis and Duluth. If constructed, NLX will operate on approximately 155 miles of existing Burlington Northern Santa Fe rail corridor.
The survey closes on March 15. It doesn’t take long to fill out.
Heads up … it’s confusing because by “final destination” I think they meant where you went to, not where you returned to. So I got a bunch of questions about my “trips” to Duluth.
That survey was quite a bit longer than I expected.
I think it took me about 15 minutes and the questions are at times poorly worded.
That was a lot of questions to say I’m not going to pay $60+ a person for a trip to the cities and not have a car to get around when I get there.
It’s interesting mine all said $40 for the high end. Must take into account what you say is way too expensive.
