Hey, St. Paul, are you okay?
St. Paul mayor Chris Coleman giggles through last Thursday’s mayoral candidate forum as we hear from his opponents Sharon Anderson, (who seems to be taking the pro-bubble-wrap platform) and Kurt Dornfeld (who for some reason sees it a fitting place to make a dick joke).

Sharon Anderson is to St. Paul what “Diesel” Davy Jones was to Duluth.
Kurt Dornfeld, by the way, wants to be listed on the ballot as “Dirty Kurty.” Now we know why.
If Jessie Ventura was an elderly woman, it would be her.
Ah, my hometown still has entertaining politics. Where’s Super Mayor Charlie McCarty these days?
I love the moment Mayor Coleman gets “the joke.”
Thank you for this.

Sure, St. Paul was nuts, but how about Minneapolis?
“The Fix” column in the Washington Post selected Minneapolis mayoral candidate Jeffrey Alan Wagner’s spot, “Wake Up Minneapolis,” as “the worst ad of 2013.”
