Tycoons soft opening expected soon

They’re not going to be open by next Saturday (12.10), so I highly doubt they are soft opening today.
Tycoons is not opening tonight.
“We can’t open legally yet, so definitely not true,” says Brad Nelson, director of Star Creative, which handles promotion of Tycoons and other restaurants owned by Just Take Action, LLC.
“We’ve been hearing that rumor too, but I’m not sure where it came from,” he says. “Rumors are denied.”
That Facebook page linked in the original post has some awesome old photos and postcards of Duluth.
I ‘loaned’ an historical booklet to a Swedish (the weightlifter guy) Mafioso dude months ago. Hoping I’ll see it again. If I ever step inside the place I’ll know which photos were from the booklet.
