Does anyone know what happened in the capitol when the bill passage was announced? It would be hard to be there, hear that, and not want to just bring shit down around you.
AT this point Walker has painted himself in a corner and is continuing to double down even though his medium term future is fucked. According to WORT State Troopers are now in court trying to get legal protection from “illegal” use of State Patrol by the Governor. Already one R Senator has called on Walker to bring in the National Guard. People are being dragged out of the State Capitol. The WI Senate leader was on camera saying that the intention is to break the unions so they can break Obama.. as much as some will scoff and use dismissive language, this is class warfare. At some point you have to choose sides and right now the choice is Walker and Koch or teachers and middle class workers.

Bill Gates isn’t fooling me with his vaccination campaign in Africa. He’s just trying to make African children live longer so they will buy more copies of Windows. Wow. Not even trying to hide it.
Now, I don’t know why the KOCH brothers want gay people to have the right to marry. Everybody knows marriage is for a man and a woman. Even Obama said that. Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve amirite? I haven’t figured out the angle. Maybe it’s like this:
1. legalize drugs
2. legalize gay marriage
3. sell drugs and oil to gays
4. ????
5. PROFIT$$$

Don’t confuse the Koch’s social agenda with their economic agenda. Here are a couple of guys worth 40+ billion dollars who want to do away with Social Security and public schools. That working people might achieve a meager retirement through Social Security is too much for them to bear. The Koch’s father was high up in the John Birch Society. I guess that’s why they are such a good fit when it comes to funding the Tea Party.
The argument that citizens should be OK with the Koch Bros. funding the Tea Party and buying the governor of Wis. because the Kochs also support gay marriage and the ballet is absolutely moronic. Good point, Dave S, about keeping separate the Kochs’ economic and social agendas.
