I love, love, love Pandora, listen 50 hours + week and have a paid subscription. I have several channels to fit my many musical moods and they often read my mind and also introduce me to new bands I have never heard. My channels are so well honed I can listen 5-6 hours without hearing a bad song, commercial or DJ. I can usually last only 2 hours on 89.3 the Current before they play Ray Lamontagne or MGMT and I have to bail.

Just as an experiment I started a channel with the seed bands “Slayer” and “ABBA” just to see what would happen. Got a lot of Saturday Night Fever songs and death metal.

My only criticism is if I “like” a Trampled by Turtles song, I get fed other new bluegrass music, most of which is crap.

Unfortunately for Tamara, I’m Pandora music station happy. We have had a paid subscription for the past couple of years because we consistently ran our free hours out month after month. Not good enough.

IMO, 36 bucks a year’s a small price to pay to keep the voices in my head occupied while I get my chores done.

Can I say I that Tamara’s playlist is awesome?
