The Twin Cities based band Cloud Cult and special guests Fort Wilson Riot will be playing an all ages show November 20th at The College of Saint Scholastica. Doors open at 7:30pm and the music starts at 8:00pm.
These eco-friendly artists are sure to deliver a high energy show that won’t disappoint! Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at St. Scholastica, The Electric Fetus or online at https://www.css.edu/Administration/Student-Activities.html.

There’s a big story about Cloud Cult in this week’s City Pages.
Cloud Cult’s incredible journey brings them back home
WWHHAAAAAA? $15!?
Before you whaaa? too hard, eameslounger, I’ll mention that a lot of times tickets for shows at colleges are cheaper for students. I’m not sure if that’s the case with this show, though. Either way, I wouldn’t be surprised if it sells out.
Think of it this way: There are eight people in the band. Individually, they make half as much as members of a typical four-piece rock group.
And yes, it’ll probably sell out.
And it’s Cloud Cult. I think the price is a bit steep too, but their show is always entertaining and they’re a very talented group.
If a Turtles show is up to $13, I think $15 is reasonable.
The Cloud Cult / Fort Wilson shows at First Avenue are $20. Just sayin’.
Sell the Eames lounger, that’ll free up some cash. At least 30 bucks. It will be worth it.
I hope they bring the lady that paints while they play, soo inspiring.
Tickets for CSS students are only $5. I think us grown-ups can afford $15 for one of the best MN bands.

WWHHAAAAAA? MONEY$¿¿¿
Has it sold out yet? One of the best bands in Minnesota? They should stick with doing ‘esurance’ commercials.

so. lame.
Electric Fetus still has tix, or you can order online from CSS
Overheard tonight at the Ledge Rock Grille in Larsmont:
“I want to go see that Clown Cult on Saturday.”
Oi vey. Typical. I bet they sing all the wrong lyrics (proudly and loud) to songs as well.
Also heard at the Ledge Rock Grille:
“Is that Paul Lundgren? Does he have some sort of teleportation device? He is everywhere.” (Speculated; Needs Citation)
So, this begs the question: Do you have a teleportation device, Paul? Have you been holding out on us?
What an outstanding show! Sucks to be you if you missed it. I was really surprised at the small turnout for this gig, but glad as hell to have been a part of it, as the more intimate shows are the best. Fort Wilson Riot was an excellent opening act as well, full of energy, with some great beats. Cheers!
