Jeremy Dick, New Years Eve at Carmody Irish Pub

Jeremy writes music to please and inspire those he loves (a perpetually growing list) and to help him to remember his own life. At best each of us sleeps 8 out of 24 hours each day of our life. Subtract the forgotten years of childhood and the fog of senility and we’re left with about 50 years waking time. Most of that time we spend engaged in autopilot-type tasks and we can’t even remember what we ate for lunch 48 hours ago. Or did we even eat lunch? Who knows? Performing live music is the way Jeremy makes himself uncomfortable enough to remember a night forever. And a night full of friends and laughter and love is worth remembering. Some Mountain Dew types call it ‘feeling more alive’. Jeremy would settle for living more of his feelings.

Jeremy likes to write about himself in the third person. I’m sure Jeremy is a great musician and will have a fun show. Will he refer to himself live in the third that night?
