Forest Bathing at Enger Park

Celebrate simplicity with nature, poetry and forest bathing. This 2 hour immersive journey recalibrates mind, body and spirit at Enger Park.

Guests should wear boots or shoes, clothing appropriate for weather, mosquito/tick repellent, sunscreen and water. Walk will be held in light rain, but not in thunderstorms. Leave mobile phones in car for duration of walk. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. All participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to the walk.
